Situational Awareness raises new capital by August 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Situational Awareness or Situational Awareness LP announces, or a consensus of credible reporting confirms, that it has received new outside investor capital by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Capital from existing investors and capital from new investors will both qualify.
